About

I'm Lee Harden. For about fifteen years I worked inside big companies — automating infrastructure, developing software, testing software. The unglamorous, load-bearing layer that most of the internet quietly runs on.

These days I work in AI.

The things I link to on this site — AI App Concierge, a fine-tuning and model-obliteration platform, an AI education app, a Rust CLI for semantic code search, an iOS face-recognition photo organizer, the Claude / Grok / Gemma Slack-bot comparison rig I use every day, and a handful of Cloud Run sites for small businesses in my network — are all side projects. They're where I figure out what I actually think about AI systems in practice, not just in whitepapers. This blog is where I write it down.
